1: Calibration & Sub-surface processing

1x calibration unit: tool diameter 140 mm. Used for precise

Planing the workpiece edge and to compensate for material tolerances.

2x underfloor grinders: special assemblies for precise regrinding

the underside of the plate. For maximum stability and vibration damping

mounted directly on the same main block as the calibration unit

2: Edge processing & deburring

8x main grinding heads: tool diameter 150 mm. Equipped with

a mechanical oscillation function (Brandeggio) for an absolute

homogeneous grinding pattern and perfect high gloss on the straight edge.

4x oscillating grinding heads: tool diameter 150 mm. This

Aggregates are specifically for the production of pencil rounding

(Pencilround) designed. This allows complete processing of the

Edge including rounding in a single pass possible. Inclusive

special, robust protection for all internal supply lines and pipes.

6x phase aggregate: divided into 3 upper and 3 lower sections

(Tool diameter 130 mm). The respective first head/assembly (top/bottom)

has a precise button electronics (mechanical button) and is for the

Roughing and pre-finishing with diamond tools fitted.

 3: Separation, grooving & cutting station

1x Automatic water nozzle support: programmable for saw blades.

Enables fully automatic grooving of drip channels

(water noses) as well as blind grooves. Supports material-friendly

Disjointed cuts (interrupted cuts).

PLC touchscreen control: Central, intuitive user interface with

digital display. Including an internal database for presets

Intelligent belt speed control: The control optimizes the

Material throughput fully automatic. The conveyor belt accelerates in

Sections with inactive grinding heads and slowed specifically in the area of

Chamfering aggregates (optimized takt timing up to the first active tool).
